It’s about building deep core strength, fueling your body with intention, and leaning on God every step of the way. In Firm & Faithful Core, we’ll spend 28 days focusing on three key areas: 1. Faith – Because everything, even our health, starts with God. Each day, you’ll receive a scripture and devotional to help you center your heart on Him as you care for your body. 2. Fitness – Short, effective workouts designed to strengthen your deep core muscles, improve posture, and build full-body strength without spending hours exercising. 3. Fuel – A simple, nourishing approach to food that supports your body’s healing, energy, and metabolism—without extreme dieting. This plan is sustainable, grace-filled, and built for real moms like you who want to feel stronger, more confident, and deeply connected to their faith as they pursue health.
