Mama, I see you. Your days are full of caring for your family, managing endless to-do lists, and striving to honor God in all you do. It can feel impossible to find time for yourself, let alone prioritize your health. But here’s the truth: moving your body isn’t just about fitness—it’s about self-care, stewardship, and showing up stronger for the journey God has called you to.

That’s why I’ve created these 15-minute workouts that are quick, effective, and perfect for busy moms like you. These routines are designed to build strength, boost energy, and give you a moment to focus on your well-being without taking hours out of your day.

1. Upper Body Strength Circuit

This circuit targets your arms, shoulders, and core, helping you build strength for everyday tasks—like carrying kids, groceries, or all the responsibilities that come with mom life!
• Push-Up to Shoulder Tap: 8-10 reps
• Bent-Over Rows (use cans or small weights): 12 reps
• Overhead Tricep Extensions: 10-12 reps
• Plank Hold: 20 seconds

💡 Repeat for 15 minutes. You’ll feel stronger and more capable after this quick circuit.

2. Cardio & Core Circuit

Ready to get your heart pumping and strengthen your core? This circuit will energize your body and help build endurance for your busy days.
• Jumping Jacks: 30 seconds
• High Knees: 20 seconds
• Side Plank Hip Dips: 10 reps per side
• Seated Twist Stretch: 30 seconds
💡 Complete 2-3 rounds. It’s a great way to reset your energy and focus for the day ahead.

3. Lower Body Burn & Flex

This routine focuses on your legs and glutes while incorporating stretches to improve flexibility. It’s perfect for moms who want to strengthen their lower body and feel more grounded.
• Sumo Squats with Calf Raise: 12 reps
• Glute Bridges: 12 reps
• Standing Kickbacks (use a chair for balance): 10 reps per leg
• Hamstring Stretch: 30 seconds
💡 Do 2-3 rounds. You’ll feel the burn, but your legs will thank you later!

Why 15 Minutes Matters

As moms, we often feel like we don’t have time for fitness, but even 15 minutes can make a big difference in how we feel—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Taking time to move your body isn’t selfish; it’s a way to honor God by caring for the temple He has given you (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

When you commit to small, intentional steps, you’ll build strength, consistency, and confidence that will impact every area of your life.
