That’s why I’ve rounded up three of my favorite go-to recipes that fit perfectly into your busy schedule while keeping your family happy and healthy.


These recipes align with the Daily Bread Nutrition Plan, providing a balanced, nourishing meal without breaking the bank. Let’s dive in!


Recipe 1: One-Pan Chicken & Veggie Bake

This recipe is a lifesaver on busy nights. With minimal prep and only one dish to clean, it’s perfect for moms on the go!


Ingredients:

• 2-3 chicken breasts, diced

• 1 zucchini, sliced

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. In a large baking dish, toss chicken, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil and seasonings.

3. Spread evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

4. Serve with rice, quinoa, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
