📖 Saturday: Colossians 3:23 – Work as if for the Lord, including caring for yourself.

📖 Sunday: Hebrews 12:1-2 – Run the race with endurance and keep your eyes on Jesus.


💡 Try This: Pick one verse each morning and pray over it while you move—because movement can be worship.

🔥 Plank Toe Taps – 40 sec

🔥 Dead Bug – 40 sec

🔥 Glute Bridge March – 40 sec

🔥 Seated Knee Tucks – 40 sec

🔥 Prayers & Planks Finisher – 40 sec

🔄 Repeat 2-3 rounds!


Wednesday: Full-Body Strength & Endurance


💪 Squat to Shoulder Press – 30 sec

💪 Lunges with a Twist – 30 sec

💪 Push-Up to Child’s Pose – 30 sec

💪 Dumbbell Deadlifts – 30 sec

💪 Jump Rope or High Knees – 30 sec

🔄 Repeat 2-3 rounds!


Friday: 5-Minute Mom Reset (No Equipment!)


✨ 10 Air Squats

✨ 10 Knee Push-Ups

✨ 10 Standing Side Crunches (Each Side)

✨ 10 Reverse Lunges

✨ 10 Arm Circles (Each Direction)

🔄 Repeat 2x for 5 minutes total!

✔️ Ingredients: Shredded chicken, whole wheat tortillas, BBQ sauce, shredded cheese, avocado, lettuce.

✔️ Instructions: Mix chicken with BBQ sauce, assemble, and enjoy!


🌮 One-Pot Taco Rice Skillet


✔️ Ingredients: Ground turkey, brown rice, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, onion, garlic, shredded cheese (optional).

✔️ Instructions: Cook everything in one skillet, top with cheese, and serve!
