Mom of Ten, Jesus Follower, and Your Grace-Filled Health Guide

I’m Ingrid—Navy veteran, former nurse practitioner, and now a homeschool mom of nine. I left medical practice to grow our family and follow God’s call to homeschool, but I’ve never stopped using my background in health.

By combining medical knowledge, real-life experience as a mom of a large family, and a deep love for Jesus, I’ve created faith-centered tools to help women pursue a healthier, more grace-filled life.
