I’m Ingrid—Navy veteran, former nurse practitioner, homeschool mom of ten, and founder of Healthy Holy Momlife.
I created Healthy Holy Momlife to help Christian moms break free from diet culture, pressure, and perfectionism—and step into stewardship rooted in Scripture.
Here, we don’t chase the world’s version of health. We pursue faithfulness, nourishment, and sustainable rhythms that honor God and fit real life.
