Meet Ingrid – Founder of Healthy Holy Momlife

About me

Helping Christian moms pursue health through a biblical lens—without guilt or extremes

I’m Ingrid—Navy veteran, former nurse practitioner, homeschool mom of ten, and founder of Healthy Holy Momlife.

I created Healthy Holy Momlife to help Christian moms break free from diet culture, pressure, and perfectionism—and step into stewardship rooted in Scripture.

Here, we don’t chase the world’s version of health. We pursue faithfulness, nourishment, and sustainable rhythms that honor God and fit real life.

If you’re ready to trade guilt for grace and confusion for clarity, you’re in the right place.

Why Healthy Holy Momlife Exists

Healthy Holy Momlife was created because so many Christian moms are exhausted—not just physically, but spiritually.

We’ve been told that health requires extremes, perfection, or constant discipline… and when we can’t keep up, we carry guilt instead of grace.

I believe Scripture offers a better way. One rooted in stewardship, not shame. Faithfulness, not fads. Daily rhythms that honor God and fit real life—messy schedules, changing seasons, and all.

Here, health isn’t about shrinking your body or proving your worth. It’s about nourishing what God has entrusted to you—your body, your mind, your home, and your calling—without pressure or performance.

This space exists to help you pursue consistency without burnout, freedom without fear, and health that flows from faith, not control.

You don’t have to commit to everything to take one faithful step.

Let’s keep it real—here’s what most moms ask before they dive in.

1. Do I need to be in shape or follow a strict diet to join?

Absolutely not.

Healthy Holy Momlife is built for women who are tired of strict diets, extremes, and “start over” cycles. You can come exactly as you are—overwhelmed, inconsistent, unsure, or just beginning.

This space is about stewardship, not perfection.

2. What’s included in the $14.99/month membership?

Your membership gives you access to:

  • All Christ-centered courses and tools

  • The complete Healthy Holy Recipe Library

  • Scripture-rooted workouts you can do at home

  • Bible study tools and spiritual encouragement

  • Weekly rhythms, planning support, and accountability

  • Monthly live coaching calls + replays

Everything is designed to help you build sustainable habits that fit real life—not add more pressure.

3. What if I’m too busy to keep up with everything?

You’re not behind—and you never will be.

This is not a checklist-driven program. You choose what supports you right now. Many moms start with just one habit, one resource, or one workout a week.

Grace is built into the structure.

Progress here is measured in faithfulness, not completion.
