I’m Ingrid—Navy veteran, former nurse practitioner, and now a homeschool mom of nine. I left medical practice to grow our family and follow God’s call to homeschool, but I’ve never stopped using my background in health. Combining medical knowledge, real-life experience as a large family mom, and a deep passion for Jesus, I’ve created faith-centered tools to help other women pursue a healthier, more grace-filled life. This space exists to support moms like you—because honoring God with your health should feel freeing, not overwhelming.
