Finding Time to Move as a Busy Mom

Let’s be real, Mama—life is full. From homeschooling to meal prepping to keeping the house running, finding time for yourself can feel impossible.

But here’s the truth: taking just 15 minutes to move your body can change your energy, mindset, and spirit. These moments of movement are not just about fitness—they’re an act of worship, a way to honor the temple God has given you.

This week, I’m sharing quick and energizing workouts designed for moms like you who are short on time but big on heart. They’re simple, effective, and a reminder that small steps lead to big changes.

This Week’s Workout Plan

Each circuit takes only 15 minutes and can be done at home with minimal equipment. Whether you’re chasing littles or managing busy schedules, these movements fit right into your day.

Why 15 Minutes Matters

Fifteen minutes may not seem like much, but it’s enough to remind yourself that you’re worth investing in. These small acts of care ripple into your entire day, filling you with energy, strength, and gratitude.

When you move your body, you’re not just exercising—you’re stewarding the gift of health and showing up for the life God has called you to.

A Prayer for Movement

Before you start, take a moment to pray:

Lord, thank You for the body You’ve given me. Help me to care for it as an act of worship. Strengthen me, guide me, and remind me that even small steps are part of Your greater plan. Amen.

Mama, You’ve Got This!

These workouts are here to remind you that you’re stronger than you think. Save this plan, make it your own, and take 15 minutes each day to move with purpose. You’re not just growing stronger physically—you’re honoring God and building a foundation for the life He’s called you to lead.

Tag me when you give it a try—I can’t wait to cheer you on!

Remember, Mama, God is with you every step of the way. You’ve got this, and He’s got you.
